Does Sequence Fee Include The Medications?

GLP-1 medications (e.g., Wegovy, Ozempic, Saxenda) are not included in the monthly fee. For non-GLP-1 "Core" medications, the cost is included in the membership when using Sequence's mail-order pharmacy partner, Carepoint. Currently the out of pocket costs for Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound range from $1,000 to $1,500 per month if not covered by insurance.

Insurance and Payment Options

  1. Sequence does not currently accept insurance for the membership cost
  2. Sequence works with commercial or employer insurance to determine medication coverage
  3. HSA/FSA funds may be eligible for use (check with your provider for eligibility)
  4. You can pay with an HSA or FSA card

Which Medication Does Sequence Prescribe?

Sequence seems to prescribe both Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) for those who are eligible.
